Stock Availability

When we place an order for the upcoming seasons, we can only anticipate how many units of each item we think we will need. Sometimes the products are far more popular than we could ever have anticipated, so we place top up orders. If we have to do this, then it can sometimes take a little while for this stock to reach us. 

Occasionally, especially with our bestselling items - although your order has processed it might be that the item isn't available. We do regular stock takes to make sure the stock levels on our systems are correct, but with many customers purchasing online at the same time for a low stock item sometimes customers will inevitably be disappointed when something goes out of stock quickly, but we always do our absolute best to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible. A full refund will be given if this is not possible.
